Gretna Baptist challenged the Gadsden Association to fund the construction of a home and send a team to the Dominican Republic with Orphan’s Heart, the international mission outreach of the Florida Baptist Children’s Home. In October of 2015 pastor David and a team of seven from Gadsden County traveled to the Dominican Republic and met with an additional five team members from other states to work on the house and conduct a Bible school in the Dominican Republic.
